Semyon Varlamov and real estate

Semyon Varlamov wants to acquire some real estate in Washington, DC.
"Very nice city, I like it," he explained. "I want to buy a house there when I make it to a team."
"Buy the White House," someone had advised him.
Semyon, not catching about what house they were talking, absently nodded, "There are many good houses there. Could be a white one."
The American Realtors will soon be surprised.

haha aw too cute. I just recently discovered where laich and semin live, so Im sure it won't take much time for me to figure out where mr. varLAmov purchases' a home, when he does. and when he does, I'll welcome him to the neighborhood!

She isn't a stalker. She, like many other Caps fans, happens to live in the same neighborhood as many of the players.

haha ya i mean sheesh if i was a true stalker i would know where everyone on the team lives, i mean it took me this long to discover where laich and semin live, they live a couple blocks from each other so thats the only reason i found out where they both live, and my friend is laich's neighbor and he just realized it.
what can you do.
