Do I miss hockey and Ovie? Is the Pope German?
I did get Christmas in July after all. Thank you so much TJ for feeding my Ovie fix during the long summer off-season. It might not be the same as seeing Ovie playing now, but these videos are the next best thing until the Caps season gets under way. I hope this doesn't sound too greedy, but please please please keep them coming. They make my day in more ways than I can describe here.

There is a big Ovie Reebok zig ad in the windows of a store in Georgetown.
And I find myself just marveling at...Nick Backstrom. Wow.
Haha, and I spend my summer by searching for Caps Commercials.
And I found this really intriguing one in which Alex's hair is actually well groomed.
@Mily: are you referring to the Reebok Zig ad where Ovie's hair is well-groomed? If not, if there's another one, please direct me to where I can see this awesome sight.
Good Gawd, when will September and Ovie get here? I'm so hungry for hockey, I'll even tolerate the Caps pre-season.

@Mily: thanks for the YouTube links. Copy and paste worked just fine this time. Now I think it's the vids from Russian sites that cause all sorts of problems for me.
One of my all time favorite Ovie vids is, of course, the Eastern Motors ad. It's a classic example of Ovie not taking himself or his lack of singing skills too seriously. What a character.
