Ovechkin on Russian tv

I would guess it was this summer...



First question was "Is it true that you were a Mayor of Washington DC for one day?"

Ovi tells about the ceremony, the key from the city and how he declared no speed limits.

He is asked if he could do the same in Moscow. His answer was, "First of all nobody would give me the key to Moscow city, but if they would, yeah."

Second question was who would be the next Ovechkin/Kovalchuk/Malkin 5-8 years from now. Ovi answers that it is difficult for him to follow young Russian kids from America.
